1. Booking Policy
Your booking will be confirmed within 24 hours. If the requested date is unavailable, our team will reach out to help find alternative dates that suit you. Please note that real-time availability from our vendor partners is not always accessible, so we appreciate your patience. If you cancel your booking before confirmation, you will receive a full refund.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Full refund: If canceled more than 48 hours before the scheduled date.
- No refund: If canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled date.
- No refund will be provided if participants are found unfit by the instructor or choose not to proceed with the activity at the site.
3. Payment Policy
5-10% is required at the time of booking.
4. Reschedule Policy
Rescheduling is subject to availability. Once the cancellation window has passed, rescheduling is not allowed. Any price difference due to seasonal rates or availability will be communicated during the rescheduling process.
If a customer reschedules but fails to attend the new appointment, it will be treated as a missed appointment, and the standard cancellation policy will apply.
